Shipping policy

 Shipping Schedule

  • Monthly Boxes: All boxes ship out on or around the 25th of each month. For example, orders placed in July will ship by July 25th for the August box.

  • First-Time Orders: If you subscribe after the 25th, your first box may be part of the following month’s batch.

 Shipping Locations

  • We currently only ship within the United States only

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost.

 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before shipping out. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your box is on the way.

Delivery Time

  • Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location and carrier delays.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your box is missing, delayed, or arrives damaged:

  1. Email us at TheJesusCrate@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and a brief description or photo.
    We’ll be happy to replace items or issue a store credit when appropriate.

Address Changes

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you move or need to update your address, email us at least 7 days before the 25th to ensure your box is delivered to the right place.
