The Jesus Crate Refund & Return Policy

At The Jesus Crate, every box is prayerfully packed with purpose—and because each item is curated just for you, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind or preferences.

Damaged or Missing Items
We stand behind the quality of our crates. If your box arrives damaged or has missing items, we’re here to make it right.

To request a replacement:

Email us at thejesuscrate@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a photo of the damaged item or box, and a brief description.

We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue store credit.

No Refunds or Cancellations
Because our boxes are made in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns.

Subscriptions can be managed or paused through your account but must be updated before the 20th of the month to apply to the next box.
